We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• The item must be returned in its original condition

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:
• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect items delivered

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to use, washing, or improper handling
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Products showing signs of wear or alteration

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

• Share your order ID and supporting images/videos (if applicable)
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
