At PH2Cart, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return (subject to our Returns & Refund Policy).
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order ID.
2. Cancellation by PH2Cart
PH2Cart reserves the right to cancel an order at any time due to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud or misuse
In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
• If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
4. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is allowed only before shipment.
Repeated COD order cancellations may result in account restrictions.
